Deep Fascia:
This is the sheet of dense irregular connective tissue that surrounds the entire muscle or group of muscles, to hold it together, separating it from other muscles or groups.

Epimysium:
This is the connective tissue wrap just under the deep fascia that surrounds the entire muscle

Perimysium:
Each of the fascicles is surrounded by its own connective cover called perimysium

Endomysium:
This is the connective tissue wrap around each individual muscle cell (fiber)

Tendon:
The Endomysium, Perimysium, and Epimysium all join together at the two ends of the muscle and attach the muscle to the bone.
